Dear Baltimore City Mayor Stephanie Rawlings Blake,

Making the decision not to seek reelection, is the best decision you have made in recent memory. Thank you for trying your best, and thank you for acknowledging that your best isn't good enough.

Best wishes in your 15 months,

HopefulResident

Dear Baltimore,

I know that you need an excuse for the 48% one year increase in murders and the recent civil unrest. A person to blame, a scapegoat to throw to the wolves, but I think you picked the wrong goat.

Good luck Police Commissioner, Former Police Commissioner, Anthony W. Batts.

Peace,
