It is long held that Educators are one of the most unappreciated and unpaid workers in our society. It is also a common belief that being a Baltimore City teacher is stressful as $&*! and more difficult than teaching in neighboring counties. That on top of the long gap in a regular pay check due to summer vacation leads people to wonder how could you short change so many of your teachers.
