Today, you passed your murder count from last year. Don't you value life, or is it that you value material possessions more than a strangers' lives? Or have you gotten so use to negative attention, that you know no other way to get in the national eye?

Dear Baltimore,

I got a ticket for parking here two weeks ago. A ticket that doubles within 14 days of issue. Yet here is one of your unmarked police vehicles, off and unoccupied, while its driver enjoys coffee inside the adjacent building. Maybe, if your police were held to the same standards as the citizens they police, the citizens they police would respect your police more.

I know that you need an excuse for the 48% one year increase in murders and the recent civil unrest. A person to blame, a scapegoat to throw to the wolves, but I think you picked the wrong goat.

I met this guy a few years ago,  I just heard he is running for President of the US of A...but for some reason every time I mention his decision to run to a Marylander they make a silly face, and every time I mention his name to someone not from Maryland they say 'Who?'
